these are two images I completed over the christmas break, focusing on colour palettes I wanted to convey two very different moods using ink and watercolour :
The first one I only used cold colours such as cool greys, blues and purples , I think this worked really well to convey a cold atmosphere to the image
The second Image I used more warmer, earthy colours such as reds, oranges, yellows and browns to convey a warm atmosphere to my image.
both pieces helped me experiment and explore how I can make a image have a varied mood depending on the colours used
